Facing cannot spawn astextplain in gitleak scan

I am facing the below issue in the Gitleaks scan while running Pipeline with self-hosted Windows OS. Provide any solution to resolve this

ERR [git] error: cannot spawn astextplain: No such file or directory
ERR [git] fatal: unable to read files to diff
error="stderr is not empty"
WRN partial scan completed in 20.1s
WRN 2 leaks found in partial scan

Solution in RU from my wiki:

1. Используя команду git config --list --show-origin узнать путь до конфигурационного файла Git
2. Открыть конфигурационный файл Git
3. Узнать пути до всех дополнительных конфигов, ознакомившись с секцией [include] при ее наличии:
4. Удалить из конфига и всех дополнительных конфигов все секции связанные с astextplain
