Seems like a cool project, I was just about to code a data mining bot but this could save me the time. Nevertheless, the YouTube video seems to be down, could you reupload it?

the project is an early stage of collecting(scraping) data in a google sheet.
You have to create a Google API secret key for accessing the spreadsheet
