[Feature Request] Add the ability to update the comment textarea from the parent page

I have written some javascript on my page that allows me to highlight some text, and then a button appears to comment on that line. I want to automatically quote the highlighted line in the comment text area when someone presses that button. I've added a PR to support this feature. #1333
