Achievements that have a count do not fill the counters when completed by SAM

Achievements that have a count do not fill the counters when completed by SAM.. For example, an achievement that is 0/10 after being marked and completed by SAM does not become 10/10, it remains 0/10, which makes it clear that that achievement was not actually achieved. Would there be a way to fix this problem?
