Customize which filetypes trigger the extension

Hi, it would be nice to be able to customize via CocConfig which filetypes trigger the plugin.
As it was discussed in #8 (comment) and #8 (comment), it is hardcoded.
In the sequence, I'm opening a pull request that fixes this.
@gianarb, could you take a look at this?
