SSH Password not updating to Dashboard password

I just installed Umbrel (built from source) and noticed that I can login to SSH using the default password moneyprintergobrrr but not the password that I used to login to dashboard. I restarted it to see if that would work and still no dice. Is it okay to update the password via SSH to my dashboard password or will this break something?
