Page only displaying text

Issue
I've hosted my website on this Github repo, but it does not display properly when opening with Chrome. It only shows text but no theme. However, when I open it with Safari, it displays fine. I tried cleaning the caches and opening in private mode on both Chrome and Safari.
Initially, I suspected this might be an issue specific to Chrome. However, when I build the site locally and access it at http://127.0.0.1:8000/, everything appears as intended in Chrome.
This sounds very bizarre, and any solutions or advice would be appreciated!
