GHA don't run on branches with a `/` in them

Description/Context
#33 GHA aren't running
Expected behavior
GHA run for all branches
Actual behavior
They do not run
Code to reproduce
Push to a branch like feature/blah and no actions run. Push to feature-blah and it works just fine.
Possible fix
Something to do with the * branch filter.
