Enhancement: hostname/system name of miner on login/lock page

On the web interface lock page could you put the hostname/system name of the minera device? Maybe in the settings page have an option to show it or not on lock screen too?
I support that idea, seems like a very nice little feature to add.
Added also Ip Address info. In next release.
