Make some changes to the config.toml in the root directory.
In order to see your site in action, run Hugo's built-in local server.
$ hugo server
Now enter localhost:1313 in the address bar of your browser.
$ hugo -s ~/Code/hugo/docs
View the deployment guide, hugo sites can be hosted nearly anywhere as they're just static html/css/js view more
