New install of Doks via `npm create` doesn't work

Description

New install of Doks via npm create doesn't work. Throws error when trying to run npm run dev as per Getting Started instructions.

Steps to reproduce

Following Getting Started instructions:

npm create hyas@latest -- --template doks
cd hyas-project
npm install
npm run dev

Repo of created code available here.

Expected result

Running base install of Doks.

Actual result

npm create hyas@latest -- --template doks

All should be fine now
