PERT function conflicts with PE cell name

PERT function is all-caps. And all-caps are reserved to the cell names. When a cell named PE is on the worksheet, PERT function name will no longer be interpreted as such, instead it will be shown as a cell reference.

Proposed workaround solution: add lowercase pert alias for the PERT function, replace PERT with pert in the documentation (but leave it intact in the code for backwards compatibility).
