[add-resource] New Plugin: Draft Preview

I would like to add my new plugin to the Grav Repository.

A client requested a preview of unpublished pages/articles. After taking a closer look into the admin plugin, it is not able to do this without deeper refactoring of the admin plugin and maybe the grav core (so it seemed to me, but i'm more a front-of-the-frontend guy).
I hope this plugin is a valuable addition to the community.
You're right, preview relies on showing the page in the frontend and if it's unpublished, no preview can be shown.
I've thought about fixing it, but I never had a chance.
I would be happy if this plugin will be depricated some day :)
