Missing .dependencies file

Hello,
yesterday I have downloaded the skelton package to my Webserver directory and started working on the content. Everything went fine.
Today I wanted to continue, but I get an Error 404 page and bin/grav install is telling me
ERROR Missing .dependencies file in user/ folder
ERROR invalid YAML in .dependencies
As there is no .dependencies file in the skeleton package. How am I supposed to fix that?
Problem solved - there have been really files missing. Sad it's nowhere written which file was missing. So I had to compare all files with the skeleton package by hand.
