Idea: a `whoami` command to with adapter+user mapping

Getting your chat provider user ID so that you can map it to a Gort user can be a PITA. A gort:whoami command might make this easier.
Something like:
User:
!whoami
Gort:
Adapter: GortDiscord
User ID: 1234567890
Currently mapped to user: mtitmus
