Replace namsral/flag with urfave/cli

Relates to #41
Graceful migration to new parameter names:
- Warn, that parameters are deprecated and will be removed/renamed
- Fail at startup, when deprecated parameters are used. Maybe allow override by explicit "i-know-what-i-am-doing"-parameter
- Remove (ignore) deprecated parameters
