Detect failed rake generate

A couple of times now, the rake generate has failed, but the rake deploy just keeps on trucking, which results in no site being published, obviously, this is bad!
Need to update the appveyor.yml file to detect if the rake generate failed, and only deploy if it was successful.
No longer an issue with Wyam version of site.
