Automatic memory dump configuration

In order to facilitate, and in the most critical cases to allow, the analysis of the statistics, it is appropriate to set an automatic memory dump in case of OOM errors in GeoServer to be able to trace the actual cause of the errors and suggest some consistent remedies.
The automatic memory dump should be configured at least for each GeoServer node present in the cluster (geoserv03) and the deploy documentation udated accordingly.
