--turbo is not recognized

Installed through pip install undervolt; I can undervolt just fine but --turbo 1 causes an error as it claims the parameter to not exist.
solved by installing from source. the pypi package is out of date.
ah sorry, forgot there is no CI. published 0.4.0 on pypi, including --turbo
