undervolt: command not found

So when I tried to run undervolt --core -125 --cache -125
(the same settings I was using on Throttlestop when I was on Windows), after a completely successful installation of python-pip, it said "undervolt: command not found" and I'm not entirely sure why. I followed the directions outlined in the README.
OS is KDE Neon.
nvm you just have to do sudo pip3 install undervolt
