get the train station pictures indexed by first character

Add an alphabetic indexing, you already have the train station names. I think it's more sensible than current paging.
While you're on that, add accessible descriptions to images.
Alt text and titles for images have been added as of 8cb9578.
The main point is slightly less trivial and I'll have to think the best way to do it...
