Detect tree crowns basen on orthophotomaps and LiDAR data in local scale
TCD (Tree Crown Detection) is desktop aplication to detect tree crown. Based on LiDAR and orthophotomaps in geotiff format we process image to shapefile. Algrithm detect tree crown in forest and save every single tree as structure. Our goal is resolve problem with detect separate tree in forest and measure the span of tree crown.
