cpu.v inits ram with a file that is in a git-ignored directory

Hi George,
Recently graduated compE looking to contribute to your project here. I tried to run simulate.sh and noticed your cpu module initializes ram with a file you don't have checked into git. What did test program did you intend to load do?
Ahh yea, it's just a test file. You can generate it with cpu.py if you have riscv-tests cloned. This isn't the most user friendly repo yet.
Gotcha - I briefly looked through cpu.py but failed to see the main.
