[User Story] Visualise mapping results in IGV

Need
As a clinician I want to be able to see reads mapped against a reference genome in a tools such as IGV so I can better understand if the assigned OTU is correct.
Suggested approach
- Have a way to show the mapping data from #18 in IGV
