[User Story] Link sample to historical data

Need
As a clinician I would want to understand if a OTU has been observed before so I can see outbreaks and compare to old cases easily.
Suggested approach
- If a OTU in the Tables/Kronan plots would be clickable and this leads to a view showing if, when and where this OTU has previously been observed, that could be a good first step.

One always have to be careful about how one decides if two OTUs are "the same".
Perhaps one could adjust a certainty score and allow for more fuzzy matches or something like that?
