[User Story] Downloadable accreditation report

Need
As a clinician I want to be able to download a complete accreditation report so I can archive this together with the results.
Suggested approach
- Have a accreditation report be part of the documents which can be loaded into the backend and serve it in the front-end
Should probably be optional as not all labs will be accredited
Can be closed when
- One can download an accreditation report
