[User Story] Sample dashboard

Need

As a clinician I want to have a overview which is the first thing I see, which contains key metrics on which I can quickly understand the sample.

Suggested approach

Perhaps the first thing one should see when accessing a sample should be a summary of some key parameters.
For a first MVP version, we could select some key features from multiple endpoints which we show directly.
Could be:

• Ticket table
• Sample information
• Key QC metrics
• QC pass/fail
• Number of reads assigned to viruses

Going forward, it would be nice if what is show is customisable, so the user can select which key parameters should show.

Can be closed when

• There is a design idea on how this should look like
• The frontend shows these key parameters as a summary
