complex searches

Some example searches:
- matching only certain properties (like EMAIL or TEL)
- ignoring non number characters, useful for TEL searches, e.g. match 123456 to 123/456
- completely matching some value, e.g. exact email matches
Good Idea.
The second one will be very useful for my Telephone-Monitor
