install nginx 1.20.1 on ubuntu to avoid remote code execution vulnerability

I tried to use nginx_ppa_use on Ubuntu 18.04 to install stable/development version of Nginx, both ended up using old version of Nginx (<= 1.18.0). The stable version of Nginx is 1.20.1.

How to install stable version of Nginx to avoid remote code execution vulnerability ?
