Add multiple targets in nginx_upstreams by reading host inventory

Hello,
In my nginx_upstreams I want to use multiple IP address from my host inventory. But I think it is not possible in the current state of the role.
Do you have a workaround for that ?
This issue is related to this one: #165
@replicajune suggests an interesting feature and it needs to be reviewed. If it is not so great I can try to improve the feature. So tell me if it is the case
