create the vhost doc root by default

I am using this module and I don't the way to create the doc root of the vhosts.

@c4m4 - That should be done separately in your playbook, e.g. when you're deploying code or static content into the docroot. This role assumes the docroots themselves are already set up by the application/site itself.
