Role needs ability to check and ensure a specific version of JDK is installed

Because when things like this happen, users of this role are not able to fix it with a simple role variable. The problem is that this role only installs standard .deb/rpm packages, and when those packages have problems, something outside this role must be used to correct it by installing an older/different package.
