[Update] kubectl prefix logs

Hi Jeff,
just started reading your book and wanted to tell you that the pull request you mentioned to differentiate between different pods when logging scaled deployments was implemented in the meantime:
kubernetes/kubernetes#44812
Would be nice if we could get an update on this ;)

Ah, wonderful! Thanks for pointing that out. I'll be sure to fix this in the next version of the book.
