Feature request: PRESENT Cipher

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The cipher PRESENT cipher is missing. This is not super popular (yet at least) but we've seen it use in ransomware.

Please consider adding support for these ciphers

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using other tools or creating custom one off decoders is the current workaround
