Feature request: HC-256 & HC-128 Cipher

The cipher for HC-256 is missing.

Please consider adding support for these ciphers

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using other tools or creating custom one off decoders is the current workaround

Additional context
The 256 vs 128 should be a rounds variable
