Bug report: Output Tab 1 title doesn't change, when opening a new input tab

Describe the bug
When a new input tab is opened after adding information to a previous input tab, the tab title for the output remains unchanged as 'Tab 1'.
To Reproduce
Add some random text into the input area, then click on new tab. This action results in a change of the title for input tab 1, while output tab 1 title remains unaffected.
Expected behaviour
The title of output tab 1 should change in a manner similar to that of input tab 1.
