CyberChef Bug - Incorrect Display of Chinese Characters in Output Box

Description: I encountered a bug while using CyberChef, where it is unable to correctly display Chinese characters in the output box.
Steps to Reproduce:
Input Chinese characters into CyberChef
Apply any operation that involves outputting the result, such as encoding or decoding
Examine the output box and notice that the Chinese characters are not displayed correctly
Expected Result: The Chinese characters should be displayed correctly in the output box.
Actual Result: The Chinese characters are displayed incorrectly in the output box.
