Bug report: Crown Copyright link 404s

Describe the bug
The Crown Copyright link in the README is a broken link.
The broken link is https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/information-management/re-using-public-sector-information/copyright-and-re-use/crown-copyright/.
The correct link just needs the last two parts of the path updating.
