Is there options for variants of these parts?

For Example, could you use a LCMXO2-640ZE-1TG100C, LCMXO2-640ZE-1TG100I or LCMXO2-640ZE-2TG100I instead of the LCMXO2-640-TG100?

Same with this part: W9825G6KH-6, is there alternatives as theres not a lot of stock around.
