Provide "Kapp Deployer" to Landscaper

Description
The Potter has a controller dealing with Kapp-Deployments.
We need to provide the Potter Kapp-Deployer as Landscaper-conform Deployer. It must be possible to easily add this new Deployer to an existing Landscaper, so that the Landscaper can perform Kapp-based deployments.
Done Criteria
- All Features implemented
- Code has been reviewed by other team members
- Unit Tests created for new code
- Integration Test Suite updated (if applicable)
- Internal technical Documentation updated
- Enduser Documentation updated (if applicable)
- Successful demonstration in Review
