Resolve links, pointing to Github directories

What would you like to be added:
Currently docforge is unable to resolve a link which is pointing to Github directory, even if the directory exists in the manifest structure.
In this way the link will not be modified and will be left as it is (absolute link, pointing to Github)
Why is this needed / describe a real-world scenario:
Linking directories is an important use case
