Treasure Bags not dropping.

Treasure bags are not actually dropping in normal mode like the should. The option is enabled in my config.
Edit2 : I Published a update to the mod browser does it fix it for you?
It works for me,
- do you have Change Boss AI turned on?
- what mods are you using?
- is this on a server or singleplayer?
