Clean old timeseries records

Since city factorization PR, we consider two bike station status: open or closed.
However these status are CONNECTEE and DECONNECTEE in Bordeaux and OPEN and CLOSED in Lyon. In order to continue to use timeseries table old records, we must update the status feature with accurate values in the server database.
Fixed by PR #31 .
