Changelog in bad format

Hello. The Grav Plugins repository does not show the latest versions of Gantry. It seems that the error is missing an extra space between the text of the last change of each version and the date of the next version.
I tried to make a pull request, but the test shows this error:

I don't know how to solve this error, I forked the Gantry repository and only modified the CHANGELOG.md file.
