Groups reappeared after leaving them

I left most of the groups to clean up and when I pulled and ran the app again, all of the groups were there and the app was not functional. I'm not sure if its because some of the data is saved to the disk and it wasn't moved properly or if my computer/phone/xcode is just messing up
