Nested Slider is Misbehaving on Desktop & Mobile Devices

Issue description:
For Desktop - with the outer slider set to loop and centered, the navigation controls of the inner sliders don't function as expected after you complete one loop. Please see the pen linked below for a full description of the issue with code.
For Touch Devices - (use responsive mode in Chrome) When the navigation controls on the nested sliders is clicked, or actually clicking anywhere at all on the nested slider will affect the outer slider as if you were clicking it's next or previous buttons instead of controlling the nested slider's behavior.
