Missing minified css, but included sourcemap.

Issue description:
In the download for 2.9.3 there is a CSS sourcemap, but no minified CSS. Is this intentional, or as I suspect, a mistake?
Only the JS and ie8 helper JS have minified versions included.
Tiny-slider version: 2.9.3
There also seems to be mismatched paths in the source maps so using the minified versions didn't work for me.
