Rewrite abstract to follow structured A&A scheme

Currently we uses the "old" A&A abstract style with no sections. We should provide a version that uses the structured abstract, see e.g. https://www.aanda.org/articles/aa/abs/2005/37/aa441100f/aa441100f.html
