[Feature Request] Replace junk items with unlockables for using wrong age items and weapons

So what I mean is we already have an option that lifts restriction on age related items so young Link can use Hookshot, boots and tunics while adult Link can use Sticks and other things so my idea is to have upgrades that do 1 of 2 thing depending on how to implement it.

Idea 1: Oh, you found the Hookshot? tough luck kid unless you find a mini Hookshot young link can't use it,
oh cool i got a stick...what you say Old man you wanna play with sticks? tough luck get some of your own these ones are mines welp looks like adult link will have to kill some Deku babas in order to unlock them yikes talk about brutal.
(Getting one of the items is a full use unlock for whichever age gets it and progressive ones are obtained for both automatically)

Idea 2: Bring on the pain with progressive unlocks not only would one have to find the unlocking item but if either age wants to use the upgraded version of said weapon, they gotta find it somewhere in Hyrule.

Note: This idea could also do the same for all other items not age restricted by default like magic for instance
