The maxIpReg doesn't work

When I use the least version of this plugin,i found the maxIpReg doesn't work,but it not appear anything error or log on the Console.
I hope you can fix this importaunt error
The Sponge Version:spongeforge-1.12.2-2705-7.1.0-BETA-3221
The Forge Version:forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2705-universal
Which version do you exactly? The latest release version or a development build?
Just use the flexiblelogin-0.17.3

How do you tested it? Currently it checks against the last joined IP-address of players.
i use the same ip to create new accout and i can create two more and so on,the plugin didn't stop me to create new account
i make sure every about use the same ip
Hi. I have this same issue. I use the latest version. There's anyway to fix this? This option is very important.
I have checked that in my own local host, this function works, but in my hosting provider (my real server) doesn't work.
Ok, nevermind. Resetting the config files seems fix this
